Analysis

An experienced survey team conducts an investment-grade audit to determine the best retrofit strategy for your facility. An in-depth analysis of all water-consuming equipment is completed in order to account for the overall facility water demand. UMS will then analyze audit findings and billing history to determine the most cost-efficient saving solution.

Engineering

An accurate baseline model is developed utilizing audit findings and billing histories. Savings are generated from water, energy through hot water reduction (gas and electric) and material deferment (not including labor). UMS is able to model both weather dependent and independent data for more defined savings; this is made possible using our proprietary software program.

Management

UMS provides turn-key installations on an aggressive timeline, using experienced project management and an extensive manufacturer network. A trained and qualified Project Manager is assigned to every project we undertake. Their role and responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of the turn-key solution; including material and labor management, M & V processes, close-out documentation, and training.
